TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Copyright:

All materials provided by CAB Photography are protected by copyright. CAB Photography retains ownership, and the fee paid includes a license for intended use, excluding ownership of the media. Materials cannot be on-sold, sub-leased, or given to third parties without written permission.

Licence:

Upon full settlement, the client is granted a license for property marketing, valid during the property listing. Business use licenses remain in place as specified. Transferring or selling the license requires written permission. The license is revoked if the client faces receivership or liquidation.

 

Distribution and Archival of Images:

Images are provided via email download link, with archival for 30 days. CAB Photography retain the right to use images for self-promotion and 3rd party re-licensing.

 

Client’s Materials:

Clients are responsible for supplied materials, ensuring they are adequately stored. CAB Photography are not liable for damages resulting from images featuring illegal activities.

 

Travel:

Fees apply for travel outside Brisbane North area.

 

Payment:

Full payment is required before photo release or as stipulated. Late fees apply for overdue payments. Unpaid invoices may involve a debt collection agency, with the client responsible for associated fees.

 

Indemnity:

CAB Photography are not liable for legal actions arising from client use. Clients indemnify against claims resulting from material use.

 

Client Approval:

Interpretation by CAB Photography is accepted if the client is absent. Reshoot fees apply for a second visit.

Client Confidentiality:

Client-provided information is treated as strictly confidential and not sold or traded.

 

Client Responsibilities:

Clients ensure property readiness for photography. CAB Photography bear no responsibility for property tidiness or cleaning.

 

Floor Plans:

Although all care is taken for accuracy, measurements are approximate, and no warranty is given. Representative items may not match the property.

 

Virtual Furniture:

Virtual furniture is approximate, and no warranty is given. It is for illustrative purposes only.

Cancellation or Callout Fee:

A fee applies with less than 24 hours notice for booking changes or cancelations.

Weather:

In severe weather conditions, we may cancel a shoot at our discretion. Moderate rain or overcast conditions do not justify cancelation.

 

Post Production:

Delivered images include standard high-end retouching. Advanced retouching incurs a surcharge (Please see services for De-cluttering).
